3ct Pavé Diamond Ring
The Pavé Diamond Ring
3ct lab-grown diamond dressed in a pavé diamond band
The pavé setting takes its name from the French word for “paved,” a technique developed in European jewelry ateliers where the surface of a ring is set with many small diamonds placed closely together, creating a continuous field of light. Popularized in the 18th and 19th centuries among royal jewelers, pavé settings were designed to enhance the brilliance of a central stone.
At the center of this ring sits a 3 carat lab-grown diamond, elevated above a 2mm width band lined with fine U-set pavé diamonds. Each small stone is individually set by hand, requiring precision craftsmanship so the diamonds appear almost seamless across the surface of the ring.
